Who we are

This site is operated by SC Arnaldo Dory Impex SRL, registered in the Romanian Trade Register under J2017000802082, CUI 37367929, with its registered office at Str. Carpaților nr. 23, bl. R7, sc. A, ap. 7, Brașov, jud. Brașov. We are a licensed passenger transport company, and our passengers and their luggage are insured. Contact: +40 771 238 939, treog@yahoo.com.

Bookings

A booking paid by card is confirmed as soon as the payment succeeds. A booking with payment to the driver is a request until we confirm it by email.

You can book online up to 1 hour before the pickup time.

Prices are per car, in euro, and final: nothing is added per person. They include fuel, parking, the driver and the waiting time stated on the trip page. Entrance tickets, food and drinks are not included.

Payment to the driver is made in cash on the day, in euro, or in Romanian lei at the exchange rate the National Bank of Romania (BNR) publishes for that day.

The pickup time can change by up to 30 minutes if we agree it with you by phone or WhatsApp.

An airport transfer covers the direction you book. For arrivals we follow your flight: if it lands late, we wait at no extra cost. Any other waiting beyond 1 hour costs €10 per hour.

Cancellation and refunds

To cancel, reply to your booking email or send us your booking reference on WhatsApp. We confirm every cancellation by email.

Cancel at least 24 hours before the pickup time and it costs nothing: a card payment is refunded in full to the same card, normally within 5–10 working days. A booking you were going to pay in cash simply ends, with nothing to pay.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the pickup time, or do not show up, the full price is due and a card payment is not refunded.

If we have to cancel (for example because of a closed road, severe weather or a vehicle breakdown), we offer another date or a full refund.

During the trip

Opening hours and road access (for example the Transfăgărășan, usually open July to October) are set by third parties. If a stop is closed, we propose an alternative of similar value.

Our drivers are not licensed tour guides. Where a site offers guided visits, the site itself provides them.

Passengers must wear seat belts. Children need a suitable child seat; tell us their age when booking.

Send complaints to treog@yahoo.com. We answer within 15 days.

As a consumer you can also turn to the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC), including its alternative dispute resolution service at reclamatiisal.anpc.ro.

Romanian law applies.
